The Azalea loves light but not heat. Choose a cool and bright spot for your Azalea and water it generously on a regular basis. You can also submerge the root ball in a bucket of water. Azaleas enjoy moist soil but should not be overwatered. If the plant outgrows your home, you can plant it outside in a shady, acidic, and moisture-retaining soil.
